First step for a new entrepreneurs

First step for a new entrepreneurs

Many among us will have so many ideas to implement and help people but somehow they can not project it on practical platform. There can be several reasons behind it like negative thought, financial issue, good mentor, personal carrier on risk...etc but still some people will come up with strong approach and so much R&D and will make it big success.

There are some steps which can help you to grow as successful entrepreneur and the most important and first one is believe on yourself, let's discuss here in details:-

Self Confidence:

Whenever you are having some idea and you want to make it in real, the first thing you should do is respect yourself, believe on yourself. There will be chances that you are going to discuss with someone and they will not like it and give negative feedback but still that is not the end of the story you can approach many people and take collective feedback then decide how you can improve this so people will like and appreciate it. Make a rough document kind of vision plan for this and try to give proper look and i am 100% sure you will be getting so much confidence to take it further and even people will start to give value if they will see your preparation.

First you should convince yourself then try to approach people and make them convinced about your proposal. Go step by step, many times you will feel its not going as per plan but trust me its very common with every new entrepreneur because they are doing first time so will not able to portrait in very effective way. Might be you will be changing you date more than 10 times for your final deliverable but try to find out why your estimation is getting wrong, what are all the factor or point  that are forcing you to postponed the date and work on that for future improvement. Have a patience, you will be next entrepreneur in this era.

Killing of two sisters in Kashmir by terrorists

Not just tragic but also how de-humanized man can become...The senseless and wanton murder of two innocent girls from a poor background by these so called jehadis who are nothing but common two-bit criminals is really heart-wrenching. It puts in sharp focus the tribulations being faced by an entire generation of Kashmiri youth who have been led astray by those bastards claiming to be the saviours of the masses.

And where is that asshole Geelani now? Why is he not braying like the donkey he is along with his assorted asses? Any casualty caused by the security forces draws howls of protest from the like of Geelani with strike calls and fomenting hatred. But now he chooses to remain mute when the Kashmiris kill and maim their own....
Just shows how pathetic these creatures are....

And why not also the common Kashmiri? Why isn't he out on the streets protesting this ghastly incident? Why is he not shouting anti-terrorist or anti-Pakistan slogans? Why, why....??? Seems its acceptable for the locals to murder their own people.......!!

Really, this gets one's gall...

Really, it is just a sham.....and its the politicians who are the real culprits

Word of Mouth marketing!!

                               Word of Mouth marketing!!

Even we know WOMM is one of the best way to do marketing for your brand but still people are shy or scared to implement this in their organization. Social media is stopping them to even think about this(word of mouth), because for them its easy to do the things online rather than doing WOMM.

If we are having 1000 likes for our brand page or we will communicate with 100 users about our product, the 2nd option will be more effective because they will be our real 100 users who know about my brand and trust us, even those 100 users will communicate with others and they will gain faith over other people as well. So we should engage with people rather than doing online marketing, we are not against if social marketing but we strongly recommend WOMM as well for better result.

At the age of 23, if anyone was smiling just before he was being hanged to death, it was Shaheed Bhagat Singh.

Bhagat singh and his fellows devoted their lives for our bright future in the age of just 23 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But still our country is suffering.....what are we doing???Let us reconstruct our country according to their dreams.
This man's only mission in life was to see his country free from British rule. He did his best and when he was being led to the gallows, he was satisfied that he had lived up to his principles, irrespective of the consequences. The only thing that made him sad was that he couldn't do more for his country. He and his friends wanted to be shot dead, since they were termed as prisoners of war. Their request was not fulfilled, and on March 23, 1931, Bhagat Singh, Shivram Rajguru, and Sukhdev were hanged to death.
////**While in prison, Bhagat Singh and two others had written a letter to the Viceroy asking him to treat them as prisoners of war and hence to execute them by firing squad and not by hanging. Prannath Mehta, Bhagat Singh's friend, visited him in the jail on March 20, four days before his execution, with a draft letter for clemency, but he declined to sign it.**////

‘No one is going to vote in Bihar’

A conversation with an autorickshaw driver in delhi was revealing.
“You are from Bihar,” I stated, rather than asked him.
“How did you know?” he asked with a grin but answered the question himself: “I know. It must because of the way I speak”
“… and a very sweet lilt it is,” said I, anxious not to be misunderstood.
He was from Madhubani, the district that Jagannath Mishra belongs to and the heartland of fedualism. “There’s a drought there,’ he said.
I asked him what the political news from his village was.
“Well, no one is going to vote. They would like to vote for Nitish, but Lalu Prasad will win…” he said.

I pointed out the contradictions. “They won’t vote because of a drought? That’s silly. And how can Lalu Prasad win if the people vote for Nitish?”
“Ah, you don’t know Bihar,” he said. I confessed I didn’t.
“Nothing happens in Bihar because the people will it. Everything happens on directions from the bahubali (mafia). Nitish has done really good work. We think he should be given another five years – the roads, power, jobs…The way people talk about Bihar now…? They will have to eat their words if the state can have Nitish for another five years,” he said.
“So what’s the problem?” I saked a trifle impatiently.
“In Madhubani, people don’t have enough to eat. The government is making grain available but it is not available freely. You have to take somebody’s obligation to get ration. And then when the elections come, that obligation has to be repaid…” he explained.
What if Lalu came back?
“Then there is no hope,” he shook his head. “Gangs, criminals…”
Once he started talking about the paddy fields of Madhubani, it was like a breach in a dam. Words flowed out in a torrent.
“I haven’t lived there for 17 years. There is no safety, no regard for life. I’d like to go back, till the small plot of land my family has, set up a cottage industry… but what’s the point. People demand money even to let you exist. So I live here, in a slum but dream of the emerald fields of Madhubani..”
I had tears in my eyes when I got off the rickshaw.

These politicians and officials have no sense of shame.

This is the worst ever corruption scandal I have heard , forget the Ministers we all know how India is governed what about the shame and embarresment India is going thriough. Can someone not hold Mr Kalmadi and put him behind bars. What did he and the organisers do for the last 6 years since India was handed the CWG. This is disgrace, I am feeling so bad here listening to such news of corruption. Is this what we call India as shinning country? What was the Government doing all this Time, Mr Manmohan Singh and Sonia Ghandhi this proves that you and your Government and the Ministers in the Parliament are more dangerous than a terrorist threat to India.
You have Invaded India and made it more poorer what about the financial loss the country has to suffer who is responsible for this, if you ask me it is the Government which is run by Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi. The organisers, the government, all the private companies whoever is Involved in this big CWG failure I only have to say few bad words to you in your language, but I cannot say here I hope you have understood what I have to say.
